Millions Missing came to Leeds for the first time on Saturday 11th of May 2019. ME was visible in Leeds City Centre, a disease often hidden behind four walls of a bedroom.
We had MP Alex Sobel, Dr Chris Afford, National HealthWatch project founder Karen Morris, Leeds ME Network’s Simon Ounsley, poet Jonathan Eyre and so many more.
The people of Leeds ME commuinity supported the event in so many ways. This is why Millions Missing and Leeds ME activism has only continued to grow and gain momentum since.
